Sustainable food company.Manna Organics, is an independent family enterprise dedicated to bettering the world we all share. They believe in supporting our local farmers, and use only organic ingredients. All of their products are USDA organic certified through QAI, and parve kosher certified with OU. They own and operate a small commercial organic certified wholesale bakery in Lisle, IL, where our dedicated baking team works together to make our breads, mostly by hand, in small batches. We sprout our grains fully, crush them into dough, add organic seeds, nuts and/or fruits, and bake our breads slowly, at low temperatures. Nothing else is added.
